This may sound quite scary; however, Class 7 is an amazing place to be!
The fabulous staff in Class 7 are:
The children in Class 7 come from schools across the borough. All of these children struggled with their behaviour in their former schools. In Class 7, there is an emphasis on exciting and relevant learning. The children also learn how to follow rules, share, work with their friends and enjoy school. Quite simply, it's a great place to be.
The ARMS has been at Bede since 2012. Mr Anderson, our headteacher, believes that the expertise of the staff in the ARMS; the nurturing ethos that is obviously present, the understanding that everyone is special and unique in Class 7; and the focus on quality teaching - not only helps the children who are lucky enough to attend Class 7, but also everyone in our mainstream school.
In our last Ofsted report, the wise inspector stated:
'The resource-based provision provides a calm, happy atmosphere in which highly skilled and inspiring teaching enthuses pupils'.
This is what we strive to do on a daily basis!
